For several years OCLS has hosted and maintained the Colleges Union Catalog (CUC, BIBC, Collect, Collect eBooks), a publicly available, shared resource composed of bibliographic records drawn from the Ontario college library systems.
With the move to Alma, the Page 1+ Network Zone and the OCLS Metadata Management service guided by the Metadata and Cataloguing Steering Committee will become the successor to the CUC service.
A big thanks to the leadership provided by the Colleges’ Union Catalog & Library Digital Repository Steering Group (CUCLDRSG) and the Bibliographic Standards Working Group (BSWG) over the years. Much great work continues to develop in our new shared home.
